AdelFi Credit Union is seeking temp Contact Center Representatives to deliver immediate, exceptional service while directing members to appropriate departments as needed.

In this temporary role, you will be the voice of AdelFi Christian Banking, assisting members through phone, email, chat, SMS, and other communication channels. You'll identify members' financial needs, educate them on products and services, and help them find solutions that support their financial well-being.

What You'll Do

As a temp Contact Center Representative I, you will provide exceptional member service through phone, email, chat, text, and other communication channels by assisting consumer and business members with account inquiries, transactions, problem resolution, and banking requests.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Accurate typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• English literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a bank or credit union environment.
• Minimum one year of call center experience serving the public.
