Key Responsibilities
  • Actively serve as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-authorization processes and guide utilization management, helping to secure necessary services for clients.
  • Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning, developing individualized support strategies that address ongoing needs post-treatment.
  • Provide therapeutic meal support to clients, focusing on modeling a healthy relationship with food and emphasizing the importance of nutrition in mental health.
  • Deliver empathetic, safe, and affirming care to each client, sensitively addressing their unique experiences and respecting their intersecting identities and backgrounds.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Addiction Health Center serves a diverse clientele seeking assistance with mental health and addiction-related issues, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. As an LCSW, you will particularly focus on older adults, providing tailored interventions that respect their life experiences and challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in social work practice.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly in individual and group therapy settings.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
