The Warehouse Administrator supports a small team by overseeing critical warehouse operations including inventory control, order processing, and receiving management. This role ensures accurate data entry and record keeping to maintain efficient warehouse workflows. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager, the Warehouse Administrator primarily interacts with internal teams and utilizes specialized Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and stock accuracy
• Process orders efficiently and accurately
• Oversee receiving of goods and materials
• Perform data entry and maintain detailed records
• Support a small warehouse team (1-5 members)
