Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Las Vegas – TOP PAY – High Support Environment

⚠️ ACTIVE BCBA CERTIFICATION REQUIRED (BACB)
This role is for experienced BCBAs seeking a supportive, well-structured clinical environment — not a high-burnout setting.

We offer top-tier salary compensation compared to other ABA providers in Las Vegas, designed to attract and retain high-quality clinicians.

Are you a BCBA who’s tired of:

  • Carrying overwhelming caseloads
  • Constantly putting out fires instead of focusing on quality care
  • Limited support from leadership
  • Feeling like your clinical voice isn’t heard

At Adaptive Minds ABA, we’ve built a different kind of environment — one that prioritizes clinical excellence, manageable caseloads, and real support from leadership.

Here, you’ll be surrounded by a strong Clinical Director, passionate fellow BCBAs, and a team that genuinely collaborates — so you can do your best work without burnout.

Why BCBAs Choose Adaptive Minds ABA

  • Manageable caseloads – designed to support quality care, not overload
  • Strong clinical leadership – experienced, supportive Clinical Director who is actively involved
  • Passionate BCBA team – collaborate with clinicians who care about doing great work
  • Low turnover environment – stable, consistent team
  • CEU & continuing education support – we invest in your professional growth
  • Flexible work model – in-home, in-clinic, and school-based options
  • Clinician-first culture – your input is valued and implemented
  • Work-life balance – realistic expectations and sustainable schedules

What We Offer
  • Top-tier salary (based on experience)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Flexible part-time to full-time scheduling
  • Multiple work setting options (in-home, in-clinic, school-based)
  • CEU and continuing education support
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment

What You’ll Do as a BCBA
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming
  • Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation

Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to pass background screening

If you’re looking for a BCBA role with leading compensation, strong support, and a team you’ll actually enjoy working with — we’d love to connect.
