Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adaptable Life Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and family members to address their unique challenges.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to manage issues such as grief, abuse, family conflict, job stress, and more.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case reviews and enhance collaborative strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including:

• Adults, children, and adolescents facing challenges like separation, divorce, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
• Families dealing with significant issues such as grief, alcohol abuse, and psychological distress.
• Clients navigating life transitions and adjusting to new family structures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A commitment to clinical excellence and crisis intervention competence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting or in providing teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation structure with annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000. Additional benefits include:
