The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on nurturing client relationships, driving account growth, and executing effective sales strategies. This role supports customer needs and facilitates clear communication within a small team, reporting directly to the company President. Occasional travel may be required.

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell services

• Entry-level experience in account management
• On the job training experience
• NYS Property & Casualty Insurance License
