Job description

What Success Looks Like In This Job Support the administration and maintenance of the UKG Dimensions platform within the Adams County Budget & Finance Department. Provide day-to-day functional support to end users, assist with system configuration testing, support system upgrades, and help maintain integrations between UKG Dimensions and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The anticipated hiring salary for the UKG Analyst I is $64,750.78 annually

The full earning potential for this role is $64,750.78 - $93,888.62 annually. Examples of Duties for Success Provide first-level support for UKG Dimensions users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Assist with maintaining and supporting UKG Dimensions Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Leave, and Scheduling functions

Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational decision-making. Assist in maintaining system configurations and ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with technical staff and vendors to resolve application issues and support system improvements.

Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, training materials, and process documentation. Provide training and support to employees and supervisors using UKG Dimensions. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Assist with integration monitoring and troubleshooting between UKG Dimensions and other County systems. Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing and validation of system changes. Maintain accurate records of system issues, enhancements, and resolutions.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications for Success Basic understanding of workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, HRIS, ERP, or related business systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to learn new software applications and technical concepts. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff.

Strong customer service skills and commitment to supporting end users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis is preferred. Experience with UKG Dimensions or similar timekeeping solution is preferred. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Understanding of data security, confidentiality, and system access controls. Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records. Establish, maintain, and foster positive working relationships with coworkers, departments, and external partners.

More Qualifications for Success Experience: Two (2) years of experience supporting business systems, workforce management systems, HRIS, ERP applications, payroll systems, or related technology solutions. Relevant internships or project work may be considered as experience. Education and Training: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. License or Certificate: None required. Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
