Work Environment

This position is situated in our welcoming outpatient office, designed to provide a tranquil and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Administer acupuncture treatments with precision using sterile needles and adhering to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address individual health concerns and goals.
• Provide compassionate care and continuous support, guiding patients throughout their treatment experience to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, massage therapists, and nutritionists, to develop integrated care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress to monitor outcomes effectively and inform future care.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in acupuncture techniques and evidence-based practices through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
