Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Director to join our team.   • Develop and implement activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, including social, recreational, and therapeutic programs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address the unique needs of each resident

  • Recruit and supervise activity staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure the effective delivery of programs

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and program effectiveness

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality and resident satisfaction

  • Develop and manage budgets for activity programs and supplies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
