Active Release Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our Hillsboro, Oregon rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Active Release Physical Therapy, you will take on a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults to assess their functional abilities and needs.
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
  • Regularly re-evaluating patients to monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and ensure goals are being met effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, while utilizing our electronic record system efficiently.
  • Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple services.
  • Embodying and promoting the company's core values as an ambassador for Active Release Physical Therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that reflects various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and therapy needs. From pediatric patients to athletes and individuals recovering from surgery, your expertise will help define a pathway to recovery, ensuring each patient receives tailored care that accounts for their unique circumstances and goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
  • Willingness to conduct Physical Therapy assessments and treatments both in-person and via telehealth as applicable.
  • Commitment to working with a wide range of patients, respecting their individual backgrounds and needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential due to the dynamic nature of healthcare.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting.
  • Expertise in specialized treatment modalities or techniques related to pediatric populations.
  • A strong background in performance metrics and achieving therapeutic goals.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
