Position Overview

• Engage Medicare-eligible consumers

• Educate and consult on plan options

• Sell year-round during AEP, OEP, and SEP

Key Responsibilities

• Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products

• Conduct needs-based consultations

• Complete enrollments using approved platforms

• Manage retail and self-generated leads

• Maintain CMS and carrier compliance

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License

• AHIP and Medicare certifications

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable in face-to-face retail environments

• Basic tech proficiency (laptop, tablet, CRM, quoting & enrollment)
