Description: As a Program/Project/Management Analyst, you will contribute program and project management activities by applying analytical techniques to evaluate program/project objectives. Support in the analysis of requirements, budget, schedules, and status reporting. Contribute to management, technical, and business case analyses. Collect, organize, and help interpret data related to aircraft, weapons systems, and acquisition programs, as directed by senior leadership. Provide support in tracking program/project milestones and schedules. Support executing documentation processes, change control, and data management in accordance with government-established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical techniques to support the evaluation of program and project objectives.
  • Analyze program requirements, budgets, schedules, and status to support informed decision-making.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs, as well as product programs.
  • Track program and project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall status.
  • Assist with meeting coordination by preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action items.
  • Support the development of program documentation, briefings, and reports for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), stakeholders, and team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
Requirements
  • Active SECRET clearance required.
  • Three to seven years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.
  • Experience tracking procurement actions and updating spend plans using the AMS Tool Suite, including the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
  • Working knowledge of DoD and NAVAIR program management processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Maryland Pay Transparency: $85,000-$100,000.
