LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona
Are you an experienced Billing or Accounting professional with a background in government contracting?
We're recruiting for an Advanced Billing Associate and looking for someone who understands the importance of accurate invoicing, compliance, audit-ready documentation, and keeping the billing cycle moving.
This opportunity could be a strong fit if you have experience with:
💰 FFP, T&M, and commercial invoicing
📊 Advanced Microsoft Excel – formulas, pivot tables & data analysis
🏛️ Government contract accounting
📋 FAR, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, CAS and/or SOX
💻 Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, or similar financial systems
📑 Billing audits and audit-ready documentation
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• U.S. citizenship required
