We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This local, home-daily position is responsible for operating a manual transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailer to safely transport and deliver freight. The ideal candidate is committed to safe driving practices, accurate and timely deliveries, excellent customer service, and compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Location: 18101 E Colfax Ave Aurora, CO 80011
Pay: $25.50–$31.50/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Mon-Fri (3am start time) *Occasional Sat deliveries

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries (home daily) in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate a manual transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailer
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all deliveries
• Maintain and process required documentation, including:
  • Freight bills
  • Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Over-Short-Damage (OSD) reports
  • Manifests and driver logs
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Adhere to safety standards in warehouse, dock, and driving operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers

 Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

 Requirements

• Must pass a background check and physical assessment
• Company participates in E-Verify

 Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, crouching, and reaching
• Regular exposure to warehouse and transportation environments
• Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
