What You'll Do

• Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos you'll eventually close as an AE.
• Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders.
• Travel to conferences & plant floors: demo Sam live and lock in next steps on the spot.
• Feed the product loop: relay market insights directly to engineering so we win faster.
• Adapt daily: jump on any fire that accelerates company growth-startup life!

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence.
• Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals.
• Crystal-clear written & verbal communication; you make complex ideas land.
• Organized and strategic-your CRM, calendar, and priorities are locked in.
• Bonus: familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
