As an IHBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in stabilizing crises, strengthening family systems, and promoting long-term emotional and behavioral wellness through intensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with case managers, schools, medical providers, and community partners to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Track and document client progress accurately and timely in accordance with clinical, ethical, and agency standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences, and supervision.
  • Provide psychoeducation and guidance to caregivers to strengthen support systems and reinforce therapeutic goals.
  • Offer on-call crisis support as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times.
  • Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development to stay current with best practices.

  • Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or equivalent).
  • At least two (2) years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and crisis response.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home and community visits.
Work Environment:
  • Services are delivered primarily in clients’ homes and community settings.
  • Flexible scheduling is required, including some evenings and weekends, to best meet family needs.
Why Join ACE Wellness Center?
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
