Job Overview

We’re hiring a Machine Operator / Quality Control Associate to support our growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for candidates with machine operation, production, or quality inspection experience — or motivated individuals ready to learn.

You’ll operate machinery, inspect products, maintain production flow, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines, production equipment, and automated systems
• Perform quality control inspections on parts and finished goods
• Load materials, stage inventory, and maintain accurate production counts
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
• Document inspection results and follow all QC guidelines
• Cross-train across multiple machine lines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 1+ years of machine operation, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
