Objective of the Role
The Retail Expansion Manager - West Coast will drive the company's market expansion strategy, focusing on securing retail leases in top-tier shopping malls. The objective is to enhance brand presence and create clusters around existing locations while ensuring optimal store placements based on foot traffic and neighboring store dynamics.

- Conduct fieldwork to assess foot traffic and validate potential store locations.
- Focus on market expansions that align with existing stores, particularly in NY, NJ, FL, TX, and CA.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and performance of new store openings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for new market entries and store openings.
- 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, with a focus on shopping malls.
- Established relationships with mall operators and brands in the fashion sector.
- Experience in negotiating retail leases, with a solid understanding of location dynamics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the West Coast to evaluate markets and locations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
