AT&T Authorized Retailer seeking motivated Retail Salespersons to join our independent store team throughout Miami. This role involves engaging customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store presentation. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy collaborating closely with the store manager and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to facilitate sales
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory through regular stocking and organization
• Ensure attractive and organized store presentation
• Engage customers proactively to promote products and offers
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets
• Handle cash and operate Point of Sale systems securely
• Collaborate effectively with team members and report directly to the store manager
• Stand and walk for extended periods; assist with lifting and stocking merchandise
• Work flexible shifts including weekday, weekend, and holiday hours

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales techniques
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good product knowledge and time management
• Strong problem-solving abilities
