Job Title: Service Specialist
Location: West Henrietta, NY
Employment: Contract (3 months)
Industry: Business Process Outsourcing
Compensation: $ 22.00 /hour

- In this role, you'll assist clients through phone, email, chat, and other channels while ensuring requests are resolved accurately and within established service levels.

What You'll Do:
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to clients throughout the background screening process.
- Follow up on outstanding items and ensure requests are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant products, systems, industry policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with leaders to implement solutions.
- Accurately document client interactions, enter data, prioritize tasks, and mentor less experienced teammates.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+years of experience in customer service
- 2+years of experience in customer outreach

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling
- Confident, clear, and professional phone presence
- Resilient and motivated by goals and metrics
