Absolute Elder Care is seeking dedicated Remote Health Therapists/Psychiatrists to join our compassionate team. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact in the lives of our elderly patients in Ocala. As part of the Hospital/Health Care industry, our mission is to provide high-quality mental health services tailored to the unique needs of seniors.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the emotional well-being of our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. We offer a competitive salary range of $195,000 - $235,000 annually, along with a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic counseling and support to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues and resources
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Eligibility for licensure as a therapist or psychiatrist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for elderly clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology
• Commitment to providing high-quality care in a remote setting
