Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress during each session. Complete timely, individualized session notes that meet company and payer standards. Communicate effectively with your BCBA Supervisor regarding client progress and any challenges. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during therapy sessions. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Adhere to BACB guidelines, ethics, and all regulatory and funding source requirements. Skills and Qualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB. High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills. Comfortable using ABA software and Microsoft 365 applications on a personal device (phone/tablet/laptop). Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally. Able to perform the physical tasks of the role, including lifting up to 35 lbs. and staying active with children throughout sessions. Able Stars ABA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
