We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate data records, updating customer portals, and providing exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, experienced with database systems, and capable of managing data entry tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Update and maintain customer portals to reflect current data and account information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, or online channels.
• Manage database systems to input, retrieve, and organize data effectively.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience.
• Apply basic math skills for data verification and calculations as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience with data entry in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills preferred.
• Familiarity with database systems or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is preferred but not required .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills to support data accuracy and analysis.
