Your Key Responsibilities:

• Hit Sales Goals: Achieve sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Engage in Training: Both one-on-one and self-directed training to sharpen your skills.
• Generate Quality Leads: Identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from Allstate products.
• Serve Your Community: Help your neighbors prepare for life’s uncertainties.
• Educate and Advise: Teach prospective customers how to safeguard their families and assets.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every interaction is a positive experience for potential customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Sales: Previous sales experience is required (1 year minimum).
• Self-Motivated: Confident and able to work independently.
• Multitasker: Juggle tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize the needs and satisfaction of our clients.

Experience:

• Allstate Experience: Preferred but not required.
• Sales 1 year minimum- Required

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (estimated off base pay and commissions)
• Benefits:

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Work Setting: In-person, will consider remote for right candidate.
