Position Overview

The Aaron Freitag State Farm Agency is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing team. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients by assisting with policy servicing, billing support, and relationship management. This is an in-office position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account servicing
• Process endorsements, payments, and document updates accurately
• Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell and coverage opportunities
• Follow up with customers on outstanding items or service needs
• Maintain accurate and organized client records within agency systems
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient daily office operation

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed)

Schedule

• Starting at 20 hours per week
• In-office position

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
