Role: EWIS 3D Design Specialist

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Languages: English (Mandatory), French (Nice to Have)

• CATIA V5 Electrical Harness Installation – Proficient
• 3D Harness Routing and Installation Design
• Electrical System Integration
• Engineering Change Management and Release Processes
• Basic Understanding of Wiring Diagrams and Schematics

Job Description:

• Design and route electrical harnesses in CATIA V5.
• Develop installation solutions while considering environmental and manufacturing constraints.
• Perform harness packaging studies and clash resolution.
• Support technical reviews and customer discussions.
• Create and update harness documentation.
• Support engineering changes and release activities.
• Guide junior engineers and perform quality reviews.
• Hands on Experience in
• Electrical harness routings.
• Quality checking
• Exporting harness xml data
• Creation of PLM Actions
