Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a clear understanding of each client's presenting issues, personal history, and desired treatment outcomes.
• Offer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges, incorporating strategies for measurable progress and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and adjust therapeutic goals, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with their evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
