Job Purpose
The Marketing Lead Associate will support the digital and direct marketing platforms that help AXA Advisors achieve their goals
Partnering closely with AXA Advisors, Operations, IT, Legal, and Finance, the Associate will help drive Wealth Management's priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive direct marketing programs that help AXA Advisors meet their goals for client acquisition, retention and recruiting.
Raise awareness and encourage adoption of home office campaign management tools, initiatives and resources among AXA Advisor base.
Partner with marketing and IT colleagues to provide training on Advisor marketing tools.
Partner with Marketing Analytics team to define key metrics and success benchmarks for direct marketing campaigns.
Partner with marketing cross functional teams to execute Advisor and Client campaigns from end to end, including design, copy, quality testing, promotion, and measurement.
Conduct regular analysis and provide periodic reporting on usage of marketing tools, effectiveness, and budgets.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
2+ years experience in Marketing; Financial Services experience a plus.
Strong project management skills including experience managing project budgets.
Highly effective communicator with a proven track record of developing strong relationships across an organization.
Superior written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and execute on multiple projects with strict timelines.
