Job Overview
AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service while supporting daily transportation operations and assisting customers with ride-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
- Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
- Update customer information within company systems
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
$18 – $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
