We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, motivated, and genuinely passionate about aesthetics. The right candidate understands that being an excellent esthetician goes beyond performing treatments — it’s about listening to clients, educating them, building trust, and helping them create a realistic long-term plan for their skin and aesthetic goals.

Sales experience is highly valued. We want someone who is comfortable turning a consultation into an opportunity to educate and recommend — whether that means introducing a client to the right medical-grade skincare, upgrading a treatment, creating a series/package, or collaborating with our injector on additional aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

    •    Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other services offered by Auravie Med Spa

    •    Provide thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment recommendations based on each client’s skin concerns and goals

    •    Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products

    •    Consistently promote and sell skincare products, treatment upgrades, packages, and complementary services when appropriate

    •    Identify opportunities to cross-sell and collaborate with our injector on services such as tox, filler, and other aesthetic treatments

    •    Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term treatment plans and retention

    •    Educate clients on the benefits and expectations of aesthetic treatments in a professional and approachable manner

    •    Maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to an elevated, luxury med spa experience

    •    Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow all sanitation, safety, and company protocols

    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

    •    Participate in promotions, social media content, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed

    •    Stay current on skincare ingredients, aesthetic treatments, devices, and industry trends

    •    Work collaboratively with the entire Auravie team to provide a seamless client experience

Qualifications

    •    Licensed Medical Esthetician / Esthetician in the state of Florida

    •    Previous experience working in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or high-end aesthetic setting preferred

    •    Strong knowledge of professional skincare and aesthetic treatments

    •    Strong sales and communication skills with a proven ability to recommend products and services

    •    Comfortable discussing treatment plans, upgrades, packages, and complementary services with clients

    •    Knowledge of injectables such as Botox/tox and dermal fillers is preferred

    •    Ability to recognize when a client may benefit from an injector consultation and confidently communicate that recommendation

    •    Electrolysis license preferred, particularly due to our laser services

    •    Experience with laser hair removal and/or aesthetic devices is a plus

    •    Professional, polished, friendly, and confident demeanor

    •    Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and the beauty industry

    •    Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety

    •    Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player
