Senior Applications Analyst (Epic Beacon)

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with Epic Beacon expertise to support oncology-focused systems and drive high-impact technology initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing clinical workflows and delivering innovative IT solutions across complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Beacon modules
  • Analyze business and clinical requirements to design effective system solutions
  • Configure, test, and deploy application enhancements and upgrades
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and ongoing application support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical and technical teams
  • Support oncology and transfusion-related workflows within large health systems
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
  • Participate in system design, validation, and documentation efforts

Qualifications:

  • Epic Beacon Certification required
  • Experience working in oncology and/or transfusion scheduling environments preferred
  • Background in large health systems or university medical centers strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with EHR systems implementation and support
  • Ability to manage complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
