This is not a typical demolition or construction position. Our work focuses on helping families create healthier indoor environments. Many of our clients are referred by physicians and are dealing with serious indoor air quality concerns.
This is not insurance work or emergency response work. Our projects are planned and scheduled, allowing our team to focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and creating the best possible outcome for our clients.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Can follow procedures and safety protocols carefully.
- Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments, including attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other challenging spaces when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Perform remediation and demolition work in residential and commercial environments.
- Remove affected building materials, including drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, and other structural components.
- Assist with containment construction, project setup, and site preparation.
- Perform detailed cleaning following demolition and remediation activities.
- Operate HEPA-filtered vacuums, air scrubbers, and other specialized equipment.
- Follow project-specific protocols and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
Travel Opportunities:
- Approximately 20% out-of-state travel.
- Daily per diem provided for qualifying travel assignments.
- Additional hourly compensation for out-of-state work.
- Local projects are generally within a 90-minute radius.
- Travel projects offer the opportunity to earn higher rates of pay while working on unique indoor environmental projects.
Qualifications:
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Construction, demolition, remediation, restoration, or related experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
