Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated team at our single specialty surgery center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in endoscopy procedures and propofol sedation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and sedation for endoscopic and other GI procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and obtain informed consent.
• Manage anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and support.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CRNA.
• Valid state of Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse and CRNA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in anesthesia, with a focus on endoscopy and propofol sedation.
• Advanced knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
