Position Summary

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated account serving Colorado and southern Wyoming. This position offers consistent freight, regional routes, and home time that varies based on your home location.

Drivers will operate late-model equipment while delivering refrigerated freight to customer locations throughout the operating area.

Compensation

• Earn $0.70-$0.80 CPM based on experience
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400-$1,600
• Average annual earnings: $73,000-$82,000+
• $17 stop pay
• Performance bonus opportunities available

Home Time

• Home daily or weekly depending on domicile
• Regional routes throughout Colorado and southern Wyoming

Freight Information

• Refrigerated freight
• Combination of live unload and drop-and-hook deliveries
• Average 1-3 loads per day
• Approximately 13 delivery stops per week
• Average 1,700 miles per week

Schedule

• Night, evening, and early morning shifts available
• No mountain driving required

Equipment

• Automatic tractors
• Refrigerated trailers
• Auto-chain equipped trucks

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
