Job Description

Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing.
Patient Assessment: Conduct oral cancer screenings, take digital X-rays, and assess periodontal health to assist the Dentist in diagnosis.
Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions and explain treatment plans to patients to ensure they feel confident in their care.
Clinical Maintenance: Ensure all treatment rooms are sterilized and maintained according to OSHA and HIPAA standards.
Patient Rapport: Create a welcoming environment for a diverse patient base, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit.

Salary Range

Full-time $43 - $53 per hour

Requirements

• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! We value a great attitude and clinical precision.
Languages: Ability to speak Ukrainian or Russian is a major plus, though not required.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
