Senior Commercial HVAC Tech

Schedule: Mon- Fri 7:30am-3:30pm

Full-time, year-round work

Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS, is now offering up to $3,500 sign-on bonus for Senior Commercial HVAC Tech. Earn $72,000 - $100,000 per year based on performance while working for the nationโ€™s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

With 7,000+ team members and 45+ years of industry experience, ARS delivers stability, growth, and industry-leading support for HVAC professionals.

Responsibilities

Senior Commercial HVAC Tech Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
  • Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
  • Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards

Qualifications

Senior Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements

  • 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
  • EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license & clean driving record
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
