Job description

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Position: Full-Time, On-Site

Career Path: Club Partnership Associate → Club Partnership Manager

Company Description

ARETYN is a fast-growing sportswear and teamwear company built by former club directors, for club directors. We partner with soccer clubs across the United States to provide premium uniforms, apparel, technology, fundraising opportunities, and hands-on club support.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Club Partnership Associate to join our team in Boca Raton and develop into a Club Partnership Manager responsible for owning and growing long-term relationships with our partner clubs.

Role Description

The Club Partnership Associate is a development role designed to prepare you to become a Club Partnership Manager at ARETYN.

You'll work closely with our Club Partnership team while learning every part of the partner-club lifecycle - from onboarding and uniform development to store launches, seasonal preparation, communication, and ongoing relationship management.

During the Associate period, you'll support Club Partnership Managers, communicate directly with clubs, coordinate projects, and gradually take on greater ownership.

Successful Associates typically transition into the Club Partnership Manager role within 2–4 months, based on performance and readiness. As a Manager, you'll own a portfolio of partner clubs and become responsible for their overall experience, retention, growth, and long-term relationship with ARETYN.

What You'll Do

  • Support Club Partnership Managers with day-to-day partner club needs
  • Participate in onboarding calls, partnership meetings, and regular club check-ins
  • Coordinate timelines for uniform designs, samples, approvals, team stores, and seasonal rollouts
  • Communicate directly with club directors, administrators, coaches, and leadership
  • Help clubs prepare for upcoming seasons and ordering periods
  • Track projects, deadlines, requests, and next steps to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Work closely with Operations, Design, Sales, Fulfillment, and Customer Experience
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding items and help resolve partnership issues
  • Maintain accurate club records and communication history in HubSpot
  • Learn ARETYN's products, technology, systems, and partnership standards
  • Take on increasing responsibility for assigned clubs as you progress toward Club Partnership Manager

Your Path to Club Partnership Manager

This position is intentionally designed as a transition into managing your own portfolio of ARETYN partner clubs.

As you demonstrate the ability to independently manage communication, organization, deadlines, and club expectations, you'll transition into the Club Partnership Manager role, where you will:

  • Own the Relationship: Become the primary relationship owner for assigned clubs and their leadership teams
  • Own the Experience: Take responsibility for the club's overall experience throughout the partnership
  • Own Retention & Growth: Build long-term relationships, support renewals, and identify opportunities to create additional value

The Associate role gives you the foundation. The Manager role gives you ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Professional, relationship-focused mindset
  • Highly accountable and comfortable taking ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what needs attention
  • Comfortable communicating with club directors and leadership teams
  • Experience in customer success, account management, project coordination, or client service preferred
  • Familiarity with soccer, youth sports, teamwear, or club operations strongly preferred

Additional Information

  • Full-time, W-2 position
  • On-site in Boca Raton, Florida
  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Relocation candidates will be considered
  • Typical Associate-to-Manager transition: 2–4 months, based on performance and readiness

Club Partnership Associate

  • $40,000 annual base salary

Upon Transition to Club Partnership Manager

  • $45,000-$50,000 annual base salary
  • Commission eligibility
  • Ownership of an assigned portfolio of partner clubs
  • Continued advancement opportunities as ARETYN grows
