Ardor Printing is a large format print shop in Snohomish. We run 10 to

15 vehicle wraps a week alongside steady wall wraps, signage, banners,

decals, and flatbed work, with a team of 10.

We need someone who can take incoming artwork and turn it into

install-ready files. This is a file setup role, not a design role.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.

What you'll do

* Build print-ready files for full and partial wraps, wall wraps,

 signage, banners, decals, and rigid substrate work

* Panel vehicles with correct bleed, overlap, and scaling for install

* Preflight incoming artwork and resolve issues before they reach

 the printer

* Run roll-to-roll and flatbed output, including media loading,

 maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

* Manage color profiles and keep output consistent across devices

* Work directly with production and installers to keep jobs moving

What you need

* Experience paneling vehicle wraps

* Strong Adobe Illustrator skills, 2+ years in a production environment

* Ability to work fast without losing accuracy

Nice to have

* RIP experience (Caldera, Onyx, or similar)

* Roll-to-roll printer operation, we'll train the right person

* Laminating and finishing knowledge
