Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and regression scripts for production fixes and enhancements
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders
  • Validate that system fixes and releases meet business requirements and do not introduce regressions

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for production support
  • Identify recurring production issues and partner with development teams to drive permanent fixes
  • Contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning to balance production support needs with strategic initiatives

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent SQL skills for data validation, issue research, and ad hoc querying
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
