Position: Litigation Paralegal - Senior Positions Available!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other requests, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars
• Propounding and responding to discovery, reviewing appropriate documents, and researching law
• Draft legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, summons, and discovery
• Filing lawsuits and drafting motions
• Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Litigation Paralegal work experience
• Ability to work overtime if needed
• Must know Federal and State filing and service procedures and court rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and strong attention to detail.
