Responsibilities:

  • Hours 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
    • Greeting guest and customers who come visit the office, ensuring guest are comfortable and connected with the right office personal
    • Answering the Phone, taking messages, and call backs
  • - New Client Intake
    • Sending out DocuSign to guardians or scheduling intake appointments, scheduling CANS and AOC Assessments with clinicians 
  • Updating client folders 
    • Creating and maintaining client charts, & etc. 
  • - Lauris Duties
    • Adding new clients 
  • Verifying QMHP hours 
    • Monthly Calendar 
  • Sending out Monthly Calendars to QMHPs 
    • Weekly office updates
    • Manage office supplies 
    • Utilize HR experience to oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
    • Culture Cultivation: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and align with AOC company core values.
    • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies to ensure adherence to legal requirements and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
    • Collaborative with Leadership: Work closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals, fostering effective communication and strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions when necessary.
    • Maintains the organization's staff by recruiting, testing, and interviewing candidates for employment; counseling managers on candidate selection; and conducting and analyzing exit interview data.
    • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
    • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers and disciplining employees when necessary. 
    • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
    • Responsible for benefits administration, which also includes the reconciliation of health insurance invoices.
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Sending out AOC in-take packets to guardians or scheduling intake appointments, scheduling CANS and AOC Assessments with clinicians
      Creating and maintaining client charts, & etc.
      Manage Lauris Online Duties
      Checking Client Insurance Monthly, by the 5th of each month
      Weekly office updates – emailed to Director of Operations
    • Client QI & QA calls to monitor services – Once a month, by the 10th of each month
      Tasks assigned by program director
      Any other assigned duties 
  • Manage office supplies
