Facilities Maintenance Technician

Anderson Auto Group | Lake Havasu City, AZ

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE | Full-Time | Benefits | Company Vehicle Provided

Anderson Auto Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our dealership facilities across the Lake Havasu City area. This position offers year-round stability, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to learn valuable building maintenance skills while working for one of the largest dealership groups in the region.

Unlike construction jobs that may be seasonal or project-based, this position offers a consistent schedule, long-term career growth, and the support of an established organization.

What You'll Do
  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs
  • Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, doors, hardware, and fixtures
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs
  • Support facility improvement projects
  • Complete work orders through our facilities management system
  • Help maintain dealership appearance and functionality
  • Coordinate with Facilities Director for ancillary projects
  • Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
What We're Looking For
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work safely around employees and customers
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance preferred
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, automotive, landscaping, trades, or related fields is a plus
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic hand tools preferred
