The role: You'll manage inbound calls, coordinate driver assignments, and keep our operations running smoothly for our customers and our tow operators. It's a high-responsibility position that demands clear communication, solid judgment, and the ability to stay sharp when things get busy.

• Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement, and transport clients using our computer dispatch system

• Assign tows to our tow operators fairly and efficiently to maximize service levels

• Relay clear, complete information on pickups, transit, and deliveries

• Keep accurate call logs and enter required data in real time

• Manage customer service issues calmly and professionally as they happen

• Maintain communication with drivers and customers from first call to job completion

• Assist with route planning as needed

• Uphold All City Towing’s standards for professionalism, respect, and excellence on every interaction

We are adding Dispatchers to our second shift and third-shift teams with the following schedules:

Schedule openings are-

Second Shift

• Tuesday - Saturday 3PM - 11PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 3 PM – 11 PM (This premium schedule Works 36 hours but gets paid for 40.)

Third Shift

Sunday - Thursday 11PM - 6AM

What we're looking for: → Previous dispatch experience and 3+ years of customer service or call center experience → Strong communication skills, written and verbal → Detail-oriented, organized, works well under pressure →
