We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for a temp-to-hire role, with a real path to full-time for the right person. This is a 3-4 month temporary assignment that converts based on performance, not a revolving door.
Schedule
Exact shift will be assigned within the 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST window, Monday-Friday. Must have availability for overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
You'll support our customers through inbound and outbound calls and email tickets, so you need to be comfortable switching between both. Speed and accuracy matter here: customers expect fast responses and correct information, not just a fast reply.
- Receive inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls
- Respond to email tickets and phone calls with accurate, timely information
- Provide clear information about our products and services
- Document and update customer records after every interaction
- Maintain and build on a knowledge base as products and services evolve
Requirements
- Previous experience in call center, customer support, or telesales (required, not preferred)
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate clearly, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across calls, emails, and documentation
Equipment (BYOD)
This is a remote position. You must provide your own:
- Reliable computer (no Chromebooks or tablets)
- Working webcam
- Noise-cancelling headset
