Job description

AKC Healthcare Incorporated is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Care Administrator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer requests.
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, inquiries, and service needs.
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Route complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer-based applications.
