About the Role

AIVELA is building AI-powered smart wearables and personalized consumer health experiences for users around the world. We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support our U.S. operations.

You will work together with our third-party logistics partner, and help our customer service team respond to customer needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving practical problems and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse and 3PL Operations

  • Coordinate with our 3PL partner on inbound receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
  • Monitor warehouse processes and operational data to ensure inventory and order records are accurate.
  • Oversee return and exchange operations, including product inspection, refurbishment, repackaging, and restocking.
  • Ensure refurbished products and packaging meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Follow up on delayed shipments, inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and other warehouse issues.

Customer Support

  • Respond to product, order, delivery, return, exchange, and after-sales questions from individual and business customers.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to understand customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams when customers need replacements, returns, refunds, or other operational support.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the resolution process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Mandarin is required for regular communication with our China-based team.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer expectations, customer service practices, and business culture.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ecommerce operations, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers or business partners in the U.S. market is preferred.
  • Previous work, internship, or educational experience in the United States is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Comfortable working on-site at our warehouse in the Greater Los Angeles area.
  • Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience working with a third-party logistics provider or fulfillment warehouse.
  • Experience handling returns, exchanges, refurbished products, or consumer electronics.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation, or similar ecommerce systems.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Retirement plan
  • Employee product program
  • Growth opportunities within a global consumer technology company
