AFIMAC Canada est a la recherche d'agents experimentes en protection rapprochee pour rejoindre son equipe de securite d'elite. Les candidats ideaux possedent une experience averee dans la prestation de services de protection rapprochee dans une variete d'environnements. Ce poste exige une vaste experience, une grande vigilance situationnelle et la

capacite de travailler sous pression.

Remuneration :

  • 35,00 $ a 55,00 $ de l'heure

Principales responsabilites :

  • Reagir rapidement et de maniere appropriee aux situations d'urgence
  • Surveiller et evaluer les menaces potentielles; ajuster les protocoles au besoin
  • Creer et maintenir des environnements securises pour les clients
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de discretion et de confidentialite
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de transport, de logistique et de surveillance
  • Effectuer des evaluations des risques et mettre en uvre des strategies de securite
  • Documenter avec precision tous les incidents

Pour etre admissible a travailler chez AFIMAC, vous devez repondre aux criteres suivants :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en protection rapprochee
  • Experience aupres de clients de haut profil ou a valeur nette elevee
  • La preference sera accordee aux anciens militaires et policiers
  • Detenir un permis de securite valide dans la province de l'Ontario
  • Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et en relation client
  • Jugement exceptionnel, capacite de prise de decision et orientation service a la clientele
  • Capacite de travailler de facon autonome et en equipe
  • Maitrise de l'anglais (oral et ecrit)
  • Apparence professionnelle, ponctualite et fiabilite

AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Close Protection Agents to join our elite security team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing close protection services in a wide range of environments. This role requires extensive experience, high situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will earn:

  • $40 to $50.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Monitor and assess potential threats; adjust protocols as needed
  • Create and maintain secure environments for clients
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with drivers, logistics, and surveillance teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies
  • Accurately document all incidents

To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in close protection
  • Experience with high-profile or high-net-worth clients
  • Preference given to former military and police personnel
  • Possess a valid Security license in the province of Quebec
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Professionally groomed, punctual, and reliable
  • Clean driving abstract
