The Mowing Crew member plays a key role in maintaining outdoor spaces with a focus on lawn mowing and landscape upkeep. This year-round position involves working within small to medium-sized teams, reporting to a Crew Leader and Manager, to ensure client properties remain neat, healthy, and visually appealing through efficient and safe landscaping practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing and weeding to maintain tidy outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct site clean-up including debris removal and maintaining a neat work environment
• Work collaboratively within small (2-4) to medium (5-10) team sizes
• Follow directions from Crew Leader and report progress to Manager

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in landscaping
• Proficiency in equipment operation and landscape maintenance
• Strong time management skills
