This position is responsible for filling the role of front office receptionist and customer service support. This position serves as the first line of contact for ADMO’s customers and vendors while providing support to the organization as needed. It is important that the person in this role aligns with ADMO’s core values of Strong Relationships, Improvement (Growth), Healthy Environment, Teamwork, Unity of Purpose, and Profitability and applies these concepts throughout all tasks. This role is full time with optional flex hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (Front Office):

• Greet visitors, answer phones, screen and transfer calls to appropriate departments

• Coordinate business lunches

• Process and distribute inbound and outbound mail

• Maintain master files

• Review Accounts Receivable and process daily

• Maintain Accounts Payable Receipts and matching to Invoices

• Maintain office supplies and hospitality supplies

Main Duties and Responsibilities (Customer Service):

• Process all incoming purchase orders

• Accept and confirm customer purchase orders

• Maintain customer portal requirements, pull releases and enter into IQMS

• Finished Good price entry and updates in ERP system (Enterprise IQ/IQMS)

• Provide support during abcenses or vacation coverage

• Provide assistance with reporting or other Customer Service Projects

• Other tasks as assigned

Educational Requirements and Years of Experience:

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Good computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel preferred

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Knowledge of injection molding or general molding preferred

Administrative, Technological and Behavioral Skills:

1.Computer Literate -Understanding of the operation of a Personal Computer and peripheral equipment. Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) or equivalent. Integrated Operation System (ERP) savvy.

2.Organizational Skills – Ability to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple and varying tasks.

3. Good communication skills – Able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both

verbally and in writing.

4. Good customer service skills – Sense of urgency; ability to react appropriately to

customer demands

5.Can do attitude - pleasant demeanor when interacting with individuals outside/inside

the company. Willingness to participate in interrelated job functions that are not

within primary responsibilities when needed.

6.Ability to lift/push up to 30bs, occasionally. Must be able to work sitting down in a

desk for 6-8 hours a day. Able to work in front of a computer 6-8 hours a day.
