Customer Service Representative ACME Tire is one of the country's leading independent wholesale tire distributors. We’re experts in logistics - dealing with a complex global supply chain to bring a wide range of tires to the US market. Thanks to thriving business, we’re adding a new CSR to our team. The goal of the position is customers who are thrilled to deal with ACME Tire. You’ll be the face of the organization, a brand ambassador with major influence on each customer’s experience. To achieve that, you’ll give professional, courteous customer service in person and over the phone. That includes tasks like these: * Assist customers with standard account-related requests. * Provide information about company products and services. * Provide information about charges and service conditions. * Provide information about service availability. * Advise customers about order/shipment status. * Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between departments when necessary. * Cross-sell products and services based on customer needs. * Update the appropriate sales managers where required with issues concerning their accounts. * Contact customers to notify them that orders and/or shipments have been made. * Conduct call-backs to external suppliers to verify customer information. * Perform other duties as necessary.
